Acknowledgement
Dimbeswar Neog Xuworani Xantha, a committee dedicated to revive the works of the legendary writer, poet and scholar Dimbeswar Neog. The committee consists of members who selflessly are committed to their efforts in remembering the writer and keeping his works alive. We beleive that the scholar rightfully deserves being remembered by more than the “intellectual community” in which he was a figure of far more importance.His works and writings covers different aspects of religion, history, literature and the arts of Assam for more than two decades. Neog’s work definately justified his title as a writer, literratue, critic, author, educator and poet of par excellence. This committee later came to be known as the Dimbeswar Neog – Ajaleetora Neog Xuworoni Saurabh Samiti, with the addition of new and young members.
